With a statutory deadline approaching (due to the publishing of their Annual Report and Sustainability Report), Hong Leong Asia Ltd. needed more than a visual refresh — they needed a corporate website redesign that delivered operational clarity, internal efficiency, and compliance readiness.

Through close collaboration with the team, we mapped how the site was being used, where it was breaking down, and what operational outcomes it needed to support. This insight shaped the restructuring of the sitemap and content hierarchy, ensuring clarity for external users and ease of management for the internal team.
Working within the existing WordPress–Elementor setup, we streamlined backend components and introduced structure where it had been missing making updates faster, layouts more consistent, and the platform more stable overall. The visual identity remained intact, but the way it functioned was completely rethought as part of the website redesign project.
Impact
The redesigned website launched ahead of their legal deadline with improved performance and no compromises to stability. Navigation is now clearer and more intuitive, helping users find essential information faster, including time-sensitive reports and updates.
Internally, the platform is easier to manage. With a simplified backend and modular layout system, the team can now update content independently reducing delays, minimising risk, and maintaining consistency without needing technical support.
