National Quantum Office (NQO) needed a trade show booth design for APS Global Physics Summit 2026, one of the most prominent physics conferences in the United States. The booth display had to be visually engaging, clearly communicate National Quantum Office (NQO)’s key messages, and authentically represent Singapore on an international stage. The core corporate event design challenge was standing out on a busy conference floor while maintaining visual continuity with the previous year’s booth — without simply repeating it.
Content placement added another layer of complexity. Grouping information logically, ensuring hierarchy was clear, and aligning everything comfortably with eye level across a large exhibit design required deliberate spatial thinking from the start.
LivelyGreen Strategic Brand developed two distinct booth design concepts. The first used a bold red background rooted in National Quantum Office (NQO)’s brand identity. The second took a more dynamic, multi-colour direction — vibrant and contemporary while still carrying clear Singaporean representation. The client selected the first concept, which LivelyGreen Strategic Brand then refined through several rounds of visual development. To ensure cohesion beyond the booth display itself, LivelyGreen Strategic Brand extended the corporate event design system into LinkedIn post templates and a PowerPoint deck — giving National Quantum Office (NQO) a consistent visual language across every touchpoint of their APS Global Physics Summit 2026 presence.
Despite a tight production timeline, the exhibit design was delivered, printed, and set up on-site exactly as approved. The booth ran smoothly throughout the event, with NQO’s key messages landing clearly in front of an international scientific audience. The extended design system — booth, social, and presentation — gave National Quantum Office (NQO) a unified, professional presence that reflected the credibility Singapore’s quantum computing sector deserves on the world stage.
